Dreams of taking her children to Walt Disney World…

Jeri is from Salisbury, MD. At the age of 43, she is losing her battle with pancreatic cancer. Jeri is a single mother of 6 children and spending time with them gives her pure joy. Her dream is to keep a promise and visit Walt Disney World with her family.

We can make a final dream come true and create meaningful and lasting memories for this family.
