I am passionate about helping smart, high achieving people find greater fulfillment in life by breaking out of conventional molds. People who dare to follow their own unique path are my inspiration. I find my unique path in helping you find yours.

I care about your controversial decisions because I spent so much of my own life not even realizing I had the freedom to make one!

You see, I followed a well worn path. I made my parents proud, fit in with my peers and didn’t rock the boat. It wasn’t until I fell in love with a man my parents didn’t like that I hit a wall. A postponed wedding and five years of engagement later I married that man with confidence and never looked back.

Learning to hear and trust my own voice somewhere under all the familial expectations and “shoulds”– as messy and painful as it was at the time – was the gift that broke me open and introduced me to a richer life.

Needless to say: I could have used a coach or mentor at the time!

Now I am here to teach you what I’ve learned, and help you through turmoil as quickly as possible.

I’ve learned that fulfillment requires that we listen to ourselves even if it means making unpopular decisions. Through my writing, speaking and coaching I will help you to hear yourself clearly and find the courage to make the choices that are right for you.
